要約　在胎24週4日で生まれ，出生体重が666gの超低出生体重女児に未熟児網膜症と先天白内障が両眼にあった。未熟児網膜症には光凝固を右眼に，盲目的冷凍凝固術を左眼に行い，左眼の先天白内障には生後6か月で経毛様体水晶体切除術を行い，生後1歳7か月の現在まで良好な結果を得ている。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report an extremely low birth weight female infant born at gestational age of 24 weeks with bilateral congenital cataract and retinopathy of prematurity. Results：Retinopathy of prematurity was treated by laser photocoagulation in the right eye and by blind cryocoagulation in the left. Pars plana lensectomy was performed for congenital cataract in the left eye at 6month after birth. The patient is doing well until the present age of 19 months. Conclusion：Retinopathy of prematurity and congenital cataract may be managed even in an extremely low birth weight infant born at gestational age of 24 weeks.
