要約　目的：強皮症に続発したと思われる増殖性網膜症の症例の報告。症例：35歳女性が1か月前からの右眼視力低下で受診した。矯正視力は右0.3，左1.2で，右眼に硝子体出血，上方の血管アーケードに沿う線維血管性増殖膜と牽引性網膜剝離があった。硝子体手術を行い，眼底上方に広範囲の網膜静脈分枝閉塞症が発見された。視力は1.2に改善した。膠原病内科でリウマトイド因子が陽性，抗核抗体が40倍，指先に皮膚硬化と陥凹性瘢痕があるなどから，強皮症と診断された。結論：本症例では強皮症が網膜静脈分枝閉塞症の素因であり，その結果として増殖網膜症と硝子体出血が発症した可能性が高い。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of proliferative retinopathy presumably secondary to scleroderma. Case：A 35-year-old female presented with impaired visual acuity in the right eye since one month before. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 0.3 right and 1.2 left. The right eye showed vitreous hemorrhage,fibrovascular proliferation and traction retinal detachment along the superior vascular arcade. Vitrectomy led to the detection of extensive branch retinal vein occlusion（BRVO）and improved visual acuity to 1.2. Systemic studies showed positive rheumatoid factor,elevated antinuclear antibody and sclerosis of finger tips. These findings led to the diagnosis of scleroderma. Conclusion：BRVO in this case was presumably due to scleroderma and resulted in proliferative retinopathy and vitreous hemorrhage.
