（B3-2-6）　ELISAによる抗トキソカラ特異抗体測定の有用性を再評価するために血清・眼内液の抗体価を比較・検討した。対象として眼トキソカラ症診断目的で杏林大学熱帯病．寄生虫学教室へ送られてきた検体のうち，血清・眼内液が同時に採取された73症例を用いた。また，索京医科大学病院ぶどう膜炎外来で詳しい臨床経過の観察がなされた31症例を対象として臨床像と抗体価の相関性を検討し，抗体価検査の有効な利用法について考察した。大多数の症例では血清のみの抗体価測定により，診断が可能であったが，眼内液の採取により初めて陽性値を得るケースもあり，眼内液の抗体価測定の有用性が確認された。臨床的には発症後長時間経過していても，抗体価の測定が診断に有用であると考えられた。

We evaluated the utility of measuring anti-Toxocara specific antibody in the serum and ocular fluid analyzed by ELISA in the diagnosis of ocular toxocariasis. The study population comprised 73 patients with suspected ocular toxocariasis. The majority of cases could be diagnosed by positive findings in the serum. In sero negative cases, antibody titers in the aqueous or the vitreous aspirate led to the diagnosis. Antibodies were always positive in the serum and intraocular fluids even in prolonged active cases. The findings show that antibodies in the intraocular fluids are helpful in the diagnosis of ocular toxocariasis.
