顔面外傷による鼻科領域木片異物の2症例

FOREIGN BODY OF THE NOSE AND NASAL SINUS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻科領域の異物は稀なものではないが，最近著者らは顔面外傷により上顎洞に刺入した巨大な木片異物および鼻背部皮下に刺入停滞した同じく木片異物の各1症例に遭遇したので報告する。

　Two cases of traumatic foreign body in the region of nose and paranasal sinus are reported.

　A piece of wooden splinter was surgically removed from the subcutaneous tissue of the nasal dorsum in one case; and a larger piece 12 cm by 1.5 cm in size was removed from the maxillary sinus of the other.
