無自覚の頸部木片異物の1例

A case of asymptomatic wooden foreign body in the neck

頸部異物症例では，受傷時に自覚しているか，あるいは周囲にいた人によって認識されていることがほとんどである。今回われわれは，診断と治療に難渋した無自覚の頸部木片異物症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
