　I．はじめに

　濾胞性リンパ腫は，リンパ組織の腫瘍性増殖を来たす一連の疾患の中にあつて，稀なものであり経過は長く比較的悪性度の低いものであるが，同時にまた他の型の悪性リンパ腫に移行しやすい点で，臨床的にも病理学的にも興味ある疾患である。著者らは最近62歳男性で興味ある臨床経過をとつた濾胞性リンパ腫症例を経験したので，いささか文献的考察を加えて報告する次第である。

　A man, aged 62, complained of swelling of the left cheek and an area below the jaw on the same side of two-year standing. Operation for removal of the swelling were performed on two different occasions because of a recurrence. The specimen removed in the first operation showed it to be follicular lymphoma. The second specimen was reticulum cell sarcoma.
