Ⅰ．ADLの本質への挑戦は無意味か？
“lf this patient could only get out of bed，he could take a bath．”
“Why can't he get is out of bed？”
“Because the bed is too high．”
“Why is the bed so high？”
“Because he have to get a bed bath”
“Why dose he have to get a bed bath？”
“Because he can't get out of bed．”
“Why can't he get out of bed……？”
