　I．緒言

　鼻に原発する進行性の壊死性肉芽腫症は，その本態がまだ十分には明らかにされていない。すなわち，これらの疾患にはWegener's granulomatosis，細網肉腫，狭義の悪性肉芽腫などがあげられ，臨床所見，病理組織所見検査所見などから診断がつけられている。

　われわれは最近，特異な臨床所見と経過を示した，剖検上，Wegener's granulomatosisの不全型と考えられた症例を経験したので報告する。

　A woman, aged 34, complained of impaired nasal breathing and sore throat. Examination showed ulcerated area on the nasal septum and the middle turbinates of both nostrils which bled easily and profusely.

　The patient was given steroid and immuran therapy which were followed by administration of picibanil and methorexate. These treatment appeared to be effective for a while but the patient suddenly died of cerebral hemorrhage.

　Postmortem examination revealed an abnormally proliferated cell granulomas in various organs such as, lungs, uterus, ovary, adrenal glands and the cerebrum.
