耳下腺血管腫の1例—本邦報告例の文献的考察

ANGIOMA PACEMOSUM

　Ⅰ．緒言

　血管腫は比較的多くみられる疾患であり，多くは顔面，頭頸部に発生するものである。耳下腺腫瘍についてみると，良性腫瘍が悪性腫瘍よりも多く，良性腫瘍の大部分は混合腫瘍であつて，血管腫は非常に稀なものとされている。

　最近，われわれは幼児の耳下腺血管腫を経験したので報告する。

A male infant, aged 2 years and 3 months, is found to be affected with a subauricular glandular swelling of 6 months standing. Microscopical examination revealed the growth to be an angioma racemosum.

After the surgical removal of the tumor the patient developed a slight facial palsy but, 3 months later this complication was completely recovered.
