I．緒言
唾液腺腫瘍のうち混合腫瘍に類似したacinic cell tumorはきわめてまれな疾患であるといわれている。最近，われわれは耳下腺のacinic celltumorの1例を経験したので報告する。
A woman, aged 67, complained of subauricular swelling the size of a dove's egg. The growth was surgically removed and laboratory examination was made with a report of being an acinic cell adenoma. The patient was given Co60 irradiation of 5000 rad. The patient made an uneventful recovery.
