I．緒言
耳下腺内にみられる？腫には先天性のもの，あるいは，外傷，腫瘍などより二次的に嚢腫を形成することもあるが，一次的に発生する嚢腫はきわめて稀なものとされている。
われわれは，最近，耳下腺嚢腫の症例を経験したので報告する。
A man, aged 31, complained of a swelling of the left parotid gland which he suffered since he was 5 years old. Twice operation were performed for attempt at the removal of the tumor, elsewhere previously, but without avail.
The swelling was as large as the size of a first and relatively soft to touch. The diagnosis of parotid cyst was made.
After it's surgical removal the content of the growth yellowishgray in color measured 55ml.
