I．緒言
耳下腺には，その発生的多様性から各種の腫瘍が発生する。いわゆる混合腫瘍を筆頭に臨床的にも病理学的にも興味深いものが多くみられる。
Warthin腫瘍は，特徴ある病理組織像を持つ稀な腫瘍とされている。
A case of Warthin's tumor is reported. A man, aged 59, complained of a right subauricular swelling. With a diagnosis of a benign parotid tumor the patient was operated. The tumor was found in the parotid gland well encapsulated and it was sucessfully removed en toto.
The laboratory examination showed the tumor to be a papillary cystadenoma lyphomatosum.
