　はじめに

　耳下腺腫瘍において多形腺腫（Pleomorphicadenoma）に対する単一形腺腫（Monomorphicadenoma）の頻度は低い。

　われわれは過去3年6ヵ月間に全耳下腺腫瘍31例中，Monomorphic adenoma 9例を経験した。またそのうちの1例は腺リンパ腫（Adenolymphoma，Warthin's tumor）と好酸腺腫（Oxiphilic adenoma）の組織像が同一腫瘍内に共存するHybrid onco-cyoma-Warthin's tumorというべき興味深い症例であった。これらの症例を臨床病理学的に検討し，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

In 9 cases of monomorphic adenoma in the parotid gland, significant differences were found in age and sex between cases of adenolymphoma and that of other types, but there was no difference in clinical course. One case showed hybrid onco-cytoma-Warthin's tumor that is a mixture ade-nolymphoma and oxiphilic adenoma, suggesting that two tumors have the similarity in characters.
