　はじめに

　Warthin腫瘍は，多くは耳下腺に発生する良性の上皮性腫瘍で，1972年に発表されたWHOの唾液腺腫瘍の分類^1）ではadenolymphomaの名称で分類されており，多形腺腫に比べ比較的稀とされ，そのほとんどは一側性，孤在性に発生するが，本腫瘍には他の唾液腺腫瘍とは異なり多発性に発生する性質がある。今回われわれは，両側性に耳下腺に発生したWarthin腫瘍の1症例を経験したので，症例の概要を報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を行った。

Warthin's tumor has a tendency to occur mul-tifocally in the bilateral parotid regions. A 75-year-old woman presented with Warthin's tumors in the bilateral parotid glands.

CT-sialogram and MRI were performed and showed solitary masses within the superfical lobes of bilateral parotid glands. Bilateral partial parotidectomies were performed in a one-stage operation. The tumors were histologically cha-racterized by double-layered, finely granular and eosinophilic epithelium and lymphoid tissues in stroma. The tumors were histopathologically diagnosed as Warthin's tumor. Her prognosis has been well without any complication or recur-rence.
