副耳下腺腫瘍の1症例

A Case of Pleomorphic Adenoma Arising in an Accessory Parotid Gland

　はじめに

　副耳下腺は，耳下腺本体とは明らかに解剖学的に分離した異所性唾液腺の1つであり^1），副耳下腺それ自体の存在は稀ではない^2,3）。しかし，副耳下腺に発現する腫瘍の頻度は少ないと言われている^4〜6）。われわれは，副耳下腺に発生した多形腺腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A rare case of accessory parotid gland tumor in a 27-year-old male is reported. He presented with the chief complaint of painless firm mass of 30mm in diameter in the right cheek. A sialo-CT was useful for differentiation of accessory parotid gland tumor from other soft tissue or salivary gland tumors. High incidence of malignant tumor in the accessory parotid tumor should be kept in mind.
