1．緒言
これまでストマイ中毒性難聴耳鳴に対して種々の治療が試みられてきたが，その効果については余り期待が持てない状態である。
今回，Chocola AとChondronを本症32耳に使用し，それらの中には効果の認められるものもあつたので報告する。
Nagahama and associates report of their experience in clinical use of chocola A (vi-tamin A) and chondron (Chondroitin-sulfa-te), in dosages of 1 ampule of each admini-stered together for 30 days, against loss of hearing caused by streptomycin therapy. The results are as follow:
1) Of the 32 ears treated subjective reco-very of hearing occurred in 2 ears. (6.4%).
2) For objective signs of hearing loss re-covery, 6 ears out of 15 showed such evide-nce where the hearing loss was slight and 3 ears out of 13 where hearing loss was more advanced the improvement reached regions within the line of 20 db loss.
3) For alleviation of tinnitus 10 ears out of 18 showed either a complete cure or a considerable improvement.
