耳鼻科領域に於けるReilly現象とStress学説

　はしがき

　現代の医学に於ては，生体外の発病因子の他に，生体の側に於ける物理的，化学的，細菌学的或は精神的な作用因子に対する反応の問題が重視されるに至り，1934年以来のReillyの研究，1936年以来のSelyeの学説，即ち生体反応のあり方が自律神経反射を主体としたReilly現象（自律神経擾乱症候群）と，脳下垂体一副腎系を主体とする適応症候群の考え方が，最近漸次取入れられて来た。

　Selyeは最近は癌腫に迄この考え方を導入し研究している程である。
