　I．緒言

　最近感音性難聴に対するコンドロイチン硫酸の効果が注目され，その治療成績も発表され始めた。著者らの教室でもこの薬剤を使用しているが，現在までの治療成績を検討し，中間成績として発表することにした。

For the treatment of deafness and tinnitus 3 % chondron administered intravenously was tried. In 33 cases 61 ears of perceptive deaf-ness only I case 2 ears showed some impro-vement of hearing with the use of this age-nt. However, for perceptive tinnitus as well as those which were unrelated to deafness the agent appeared to be effective in allaying the symptoms in 23 ears of the 53 treated : especially towards the tinnitus incited by streptomycin therapy the effectivity appear-ed to be the most remarkable. No side ef-fects were noted in its use.
