袋耳整形

　序言並に文献的考察

　1930年久保猪之吉教授に依り命名された袋耳（Taschenohr）は先天的畸形の一種で，耳輪頂上先端主として耳輪前上部が側頭皮膚下に埋没せるものにして，此の皮膚は袋状をなし，耳翼を引けば耳輪の尖端は袋外に出，放せば再び袋状皮下に埋沒するものである。

　本症は高木氏に依り先天性耳輪潜在症，陰山氏により耳穀皮下埋沒症と稱されたが，是等の名稱は冗長，複雑であるので袋耳なる簡潔な名稱を附したものである。

　ICHIHARA describes a simple method with which he was enabled to make a plastic correction of the so-called Taschenohr. Materials required for the operation are a cutaneous needle of an adequate size and a suture relatively long in length. A point is selected behind the ear-lobe where initial insertion of the needle is made and the needle then is brought out anteriallly in front of the lobe at two divergent points. Again from these two latter points the neeenes are reinserted to emerge at a common point above the lobe, the point 3. From point 3 the needl is again inserted to be brought out at point 4 which is in close proximity to point 1 but slightly below. Now, when the sutures which have successively passed through points 1,2,3 and 4 are tightened by pull exerted on the free ends at points 1 and 4 the desired results will be obtaincd. When these ends are tied together under tension the tied ends may be imbedded subcutaneously a skin incision is made between points 1 and 4.
