斜鼻整形

　斜鼻には先天性のものと外傷によるものとがあり，鼻スジ全体が斜めになつている場合は斜鼻（Deflected nose，Schiefnase）と称するが，鼻頭が一方に強く曲つている場合は捩れ鼻（Twisted nose）と呼ばれる。

　此の場合，外鼻の整形はJ. Josephの記す如く，切開は鼻前庭の天蓋で鼻翼軟骨の外脚と上側鼻軟骨との間におく（所謂Opening incision）。その後，やゝ鋭い剥離子か鋏で上側鼻軟骨から鼻骨と上顎骨前頭突起の外面の皮膚を剥離し，骨部は骨膜から剥離する。

　Ichihara uses, for, correction of deflected nose, gingival approach in exposing the pyreform apertures and thereafter rely on Joseph's method of operation, which becomes easier for application and sound in results. To minimize postoperative tissue reactions the author uses sprase (hyaruronidase) and penicillin mixed in the novocain anesthesia.
