脈無病の耳科的所見

　脈無病は外國に於ては報告例を見ない稀有な疾患で本邦文献中30數例を數えるのみである。

　臨床上は脈が觸れざる事，特有な眼症状即ち眼底動静脈吻合及び頸動脈洞反射亢進をTriasとし，結核と關係を有する閉塞性血栓性動脈炎と考えられているが，吾科領域の検索では其の大半は末期に於て栄養障害の爲，鼻中隔穿孔を來す事があると記しあるのみである。然るに本疾患の症状中には屡々失神，眩暈發作が記載されている。

ICHIHARA reports a case of pu'sus nullus which was manifested in a woman aged 24 with presence of arteriovenous aneurysm in the fundi of eyes and hyperactive carotid slots reflexes. The patient suffered attacks of ver-tigo and syncope. The author believes that manifestation of these symptoms may well be the result of hyperactive carotid sinus reflexes but they might also originate from the internal ear especially as a part of Meniere's syndrome.
