呼吸困難を伴える炎症性頸胸椎前部腫瘍の1例

　緒言

　先天梅毒が子宮内胎児期に於て完成せられたる時は之を胎児梅毒と言い，胎児が生後間もなく梅毒症状を発せし時は之を初児梅毒とし尚頑健にして何等梅毒症状を呈せざるものが5年乃至10年或は青年期に至りて卒然梅毒症状を発現するものを遅発性先天梅毒なりとしている。

　本例は昭和22年7月より10月に亘る間千葉医大耳鼻科にて得た先天性梅毒に依り頸-胸椎前部に腫瘍を来したと思れる症例にして其の診断，治療経過上興味あると思い報告する。

　ICHIHARA reports a case of congentital syphilis in a girl, aged 16, who complained of occipital headache, nasal voice, hoarseness and difficult deglutition. Examination revealed presence of large tumor situated anteriorly to the cervical and upper thoracic spines. The patient recovered uneventfully by anti-syphilitic treatments.
