　37歳の男性が陰嚢内無痛性腫瘤を主訴に来院した。外傷，異物注入などの既往はなかった。腫瘤は全体としてY字型をしており，増大傾向にあったため入院して摘出術を施行したところ，病理組織にて硬化性脂肪肉芽腫の診断を得た。術後9日目に再発が見られたが，その後増大傾向がないため退院して外来にて経過観察中である。本症例は，外的誘因のない男性性器領域発生の硬化性脂肪肉芽腫として本邦16例目の報告と思われる。

A 37-year-old man came to our hospital with complaint of painless hard intra-scrotal mass along the corpus spongiosum. There was no history of trauma nor injection of foreign body. The mass was Y-shaped and tended to enlarge. It was removed completely and histological examination revealed the sclerosing lipogranuloma. The mass relapsed 9 days after the removal but there was no tendency to enlarge. Now the patient is under the observation at the outpatient clinic. In Japan, 16 cases of the sclerosing lipogranuloma in the male genital lesion without any apparent cause have been reported including our case.
