保存的に治癒した陰嚢内硬化性脂肪肉芽腫

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL SCLEROSING LIPOGRANULOMA WHICH CAN BE CURED CONSERVATIVERY

　43歳男性，陰嚢の無痛性腫瘤を主訴に受診。腫瘤は陰嚢中央より陰茎陰嚢角にかけて存在した。硬化性脂肪肉芽腫を疑い針生検にて診断を確定後，柴苓湯（さいれいとう）投与で保存的に治癒せしめた。治癒後，3か月局所再発を認めていない。

A 43-year-old male presented with a painless scrotal mass. On examination a non-tender Y-shaped scrotal mass located in the midline caudal to the penoscrotal junction was palpated. The mass was diagnosed as sclerosing lipogranuloma by fine needle biopsy (Biopty gun). A Kampo-drug named SAIREI-TO was administer-ed and the mass disappered rapidely. At follow-up 3 months period there was no evidence of local recurrence.
