陰嚢内硬化性脂肪肉芽腫

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL SCLEROSING LIPOGRANULOMA

　症例は48歳の男性で，主訴は陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤。腫瘤は軟骨様の硬結を示し，陰茎根部を完全に環状に取り囲んでいた。直ちに開放生検術を行い，病理組織検査により硬化性脂肪肉芽腫と診断した。保存的治療を行い，術2カ月後には自然消退を認めた。自験例は詳細な問診においても原因不明であり，内因性のものとしては本邦報告第41例目にあたる。

We report a case of intrascrotal sclerosing lipogranuloma which had no history of trauma or foreign body infusion in the scrotum. A 48-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of painless hard mass in the scrotum. The mass surrounded the penile base completely. Open biopsy was performed and histological examination revealed granulomatous panniculitis. Two months later, the mass disappeared followed by the treatment with an antibiotic agent and an antiinflammatory agent.
