　症例は3歳男児。陰茎の肥大，陰毛の発育，右睾丸の無痛性腫大があり，当科受診。血中テストステロンは1,011ng／dlと異常高値を示した。ホルモン産生睾丸腫瘍の疑いで右高位除睾術を施行した。腫瘍は限局性で大きさは15×13mmであった。術後血中テストステロンは正常に戻ったが，術後7カ月現在，外性器の異常は変化を認めていない。

A 3-year-old boy was seen with a history of pubic hair growth followed by enlargement of the penis. The right testis was hard and about 2 times larger than the left side. The plasma testosteronewas remarkably increased to 1, 011 ng/dl. Right high orchiectomy revealed a circumscribed tumor measured 15 × 13 mm on cut surface. The plasma testosterone decreased to 5 ng/dl within a few days. There was no regression of genital appearance during 7 months after the operation.
