30歳，男性．陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤を主訴に受診．触診上，Y字形を呈する特異な形状の腫瘤を認めた．異物注入や外傷などの既往はなかった．腫瘤摘出術を施行し，病理組織学的に硬化性脂肪肉芽腫の診断を得た．
A 30-year-old man was admitted to Tottori University Hospital complaining of a painless intrascrotalmass. Physical examination revealed a symmetric Y-shaped hard tumor in the scrotum. Injection of foreignbodies or trauma was not experienced in the past. The patient was successfully treated with tumor resection.Histological diagnosis was screlosing lipogranuloma. We discussed the clinical entity of this disease.
