　陰茎根部を取り巻ぎ，陰嚢縫線皮下につづく腫瘤5例を報告した。年齢は30歳より50歳までに分布していた。腫瘤自覚後，2〜10日して来院した。外傷や異物注入など因果関係を疑わせるものはなかつた。術前，腫瘤の縮小をみたものが2例，生検後，消失したものが1例あつた。1例に生検，4例に摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的に硬化性脂肪肉芽腫であつた。術後1年7ヵ月〜3年9ヵ月経過するが，いずれも再発をみない。

Five cases of subcutaneous tumor surrounding a base of penis and extending to the raphe of scrotum were reported. Ages were ranging from 30 years to 50 years old. The patients visited the Chiba University Hospital from 2 days to 10 days after they recognized the tumors. All cases had no history of trauma or foreign body infusion in the scrotum.

Four cases underwent extirpation and one case had only biopsy. In two cases, the tumors became smaller after the operation and the tumor in one case was not palpable after biopsy. The diagnosis of sclerosing lipogranuloma was made histologically.
