FOREIGN BODY GRANULOMA IN THE INTRASCROTUM

緒言

　最近われわれは，性器に対する矮小劣等感から，陰茎皮下ないし陰嚢内に異物を注入した症例で，睾丸部の腫脹および疼痛を訴え来院した2例を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of intrascrotal granuloma in a 51 and a 40 year old male which occurred 15 and 17years aftrer injecting foreign body subcutaneously or intrascrotally to solve his suffer from small genitalorgan, were reported.

The literature on foreign body granuloma was reviewed and histopathological findings were discussedand also the more injurious than beneficial of injecting foreign body regardless of the purpose ormaterial were reported.
