緒言

　原発性垂複悪性腫瘍，いわゆる重複癌の症例はBillroth^1）の報告以来多数報告されている。最近重複癌の発生頻度は増加の傾向にあるが，4重以上の重複癌の報告例はまだ少ない。今回われわれは4重癌の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 64-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of macroscopic hematuria and pollakisuria on February 12, 1982. In October 1974, the patient had undergone right nephrectomy for right renal pelvic squamous cell carcinoma. An excretory urogram showed a round filling defect in the bladder, and cystoscopic examinations revealed a hen's egg sized papillary tumor with calcification on the surface. Computed tomogram demonstrated a bladder tumor showing suspicious invasion to the rectal wall and a tumor of the right residual ureter.
