腎偽腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES WITH RENAL PSEUDOTUMOR

　腎偽腫瘍（renal pseudotumor）は，通常の腎盂造影で腫瘍性病変と似た所見を呈するものの総称であるが，この概念を知ることは無駄な手術を避けるために臨床上重要と思われる。

　われわれは，最近腎偽腫瘍と思われる2例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases with renal pseudotumor on roentgenological findings were reported. One was compensa-tory hypertrophy resulting from pyelonephritis and the other was prominent column of Bertin. Two cases were resembling each other.

In renal angiograhy, arterial phase demonstrated stretching and curvilinear displacement of interlo-bar artery around the mass and no tumor vessels, however, parenchymal phase demonstrated the dense homogenous blushing in the region of the mass.
