緒言

　前立腺肉腫は比較的まれな疾患であり，かつ極めて悪性度の高いものである。われわれは非常に大きな腫瘍を形成し，やや来院の遅きに失した症例に対し，骨盤内臓器全摘除術および抗腫瘍剤投与を施行し，術後132日目の現在，転移，再発の徴候を認めず良好な経過をたどつている前立腺横紋筋肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 18 year old boy visited our clinic on October 9, 1973 with the chief complaint of frequent urination and lumbago which started with frequent urination 3 months ago without medical treatment lead to dysuria and lumbago. A mass extending for about 4 finger width from the pubic brim was palpable at the lower abdomen and the prostate was hemispherically enlarged, elastic hard and projection was remarkable on the left lobe with smooth surface. Rhabdomyosarcoma was suspected by prostatic biopsy and remarkable reduction of the tumor was seen after administrating 0. 5mg of Actino-mycin D and 100mg of Endoxan for 5 days.
