73歳，男性。主訴は無症候性肉眼的血尿。排泄性尿路造影にて左尿管下端部に拡張像が認められ，膀胱鏡検査にて左尿管口部に非乳頭状・浮腫状の腫瘤が認められた。尿管瘤表面を生検したところ，移行上皮癌，gradeⅢと判明したため，膀胱移行上皮癌を合併した左尿管瘤と診断し，経尿道的に尿管瘤および膀胱腫瘍切除を施行した。
A 73-year-old male with ureterocele with a concomitant bladder tumor is described. He was admit-ted to our department with a chief complaint of asymptomatic macroscopic hematuria. Excretory urography showed a dilated terminal portion of the left ureter resembling a cobra head. On cystoscopic examination there was a thumb-sized, non-papillary and edematous mass with slight superficial bleeding over the left ureteral orifice.
