　はじめに

　骨腫は鼻副鼻腔に発生する良性腫瘍のうち，最も多いとされている^1）。しかし本症は初期には自覚症状に乏しく，成長が緩慢なことと相まって手術療法の対象となる症例は必ずしも多くない。われわれはこれまでに手術療法を行った副鼻腔骨腫症例3例を経験し，それぞれ異なるアプローチ法により摘出した。症例の概要を報告するとともに，本症に対する手術法を中心に考察を加える。

Three cases with osteoma of the paranasal sinuses are presented. Osteoma arose in the ethmoid sinuses in two cases, in the frontal sinus in one. The first case was a 71-year-old male complicated with chronic sinusitis, and osteoma was removed during endoscopic sinus surgery. The second case was a 32-year-old female com-plicated with chronic sinusitis. Extranasal ap-proach was chosen as a surgical procedure be-cause firm fixation of the osteoma with adjacent bones prevented its removal during endoscopic sinus surgery. The third was a 30-year-old female with a giant osteoma extending into the anterior cranial fossa. We successfully removed the osteoma through an anterior cranial fossa approach with an excellent cosmetic result.
