　緒言

　鼻腔副鼻腔の良性腫瘍のうち，骨腫は稀なもので，特に鼻腔内骨腫の報告は本邦では6例を数えるに過ぎない。吾々は昭和32年3月東大附属病院において鼻腔内骨腫の1例に遭遇し，それを摘出したので追加報告する。

An osteoma found to be originating from the anterior tip of the middle turbinate is removed by an external appraoch. The pati-ent, a man aged 60, is found to be affected with paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyposis. for which removal had been effected previ-ously.

The osteoma proved to be a mixed type of ebonite and spongeous in character and wei-ghed 30 grams.

In the immediate period following the ope-ration the patient was affected with severe crusting of intranasal tissues but this change gradually subsided with the healing of the operative wound.
