（P1-2-34）　50歳男性の左眼を後部強膜炎と診断した。矯正視力はO．8で，眼底に乳頭浮腫と血管の拡張蛇行があり，網膜の雛が顕著であった。インドシアニングリーン螢光造影で，脈絡膜の充盈が遅延し，血管壁が不整で，造影後期に脈絡膜の皺が過螢光を呈するなど，脈絡膜循環障害の所見が得られた。網膜厚解析装置での網膜の光学的切断面では．黄斑部に不整な網膜の皺がみられ，脈絡膜側の凹凸が顕著であった。これらの所見は後部強膜炎に特徴的であると診断された。

We diagnosed a 50-year-old male as posterior scleritis in his left eye. The affected eye showed corrected visual acuity of 0.8. Funduscopy showed disc edema, dilated tortuous retinal vessels and retinal folds. Indocyanine green angiography showed findings of disturbed choroidal circulation including delayed choroidal dye filling, irregular vessel walls and staining of choroidal folds. Examination by retinal thickness analyzer showed irregular retinal folds in the macular area and wavy choroidal surface. These findings were interpreted as characteristic for posterior scleritis.
