インドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影により手術効果が示されたuveal effusionの1例

A case of surgically treated uveal effusion evaluated by indocyanine green angiography

（P1-2-33）　真性小眼球に伴うuveal effusionに強膜半層切除＋強膜開窓術を行い，手術前後のインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影（以下，IA）を撮影し所見を検討した。症例は47歳男性，手術は4象限に角膜輪部より6mmに5×7mmの強膜半層切除とその中央に直径1mmの強膜パンチによる全層切除を行った。術後脈絡膜剥離，網膜剥離とも消退し，視力は術前の0.04から0.2と改善した。IA所見では術前は観察不可能だった脈絡膜血管が術後は観察可能となった。これより手術による脈絡膜循環の改善が示唆され，uveal effusionの治療効果を把握するうえでIAの有用性が示唆された。

A 47-year-old male presented with retinal detachment in the posterior fundus in his left eye since one week before. Both eyes showed typical features of nanophthalmos. The affected eye was diagnosed as uveal effusion and was treated by partial-thickness sclerectomy and sclerotomy in four quadrants. Retinal and choroidal detachment subsided after surgery. Indocyanine green angiography showed no choroidal vessels before surgery and distinct choroidal vessels after surgery. The findings appeared to show improved choroidal circulation following surgery.
