　Marfan症候群2例4眼の前眼部を，超音波顕微鏡（UBM）で検索した。片眼に無水晶体眼，他眼に水晶体偏位がある33歳女性と両眼が無水晶体眼の23歳男性である。4眼すべてに毛様体ひだ部の低形成があり，毛様体突起は短縮し，一部が後方に延長していた。これらは組織学的に知られている毛様体異常に一致し，毛様体小帯の脆弱性に関係すると推定された。

We studied two cases of Marfan syndrome by an ultrasound biomicroscope. One case showed postsurgical aphakia in one eye and dislocatad lens in the other. The other case showed postsurgical aphakia in both.They were aged 23 and 33 years respectively. All the four eyes showed hypoplasia of pars plicata of the ciliary body with decreased height and occasional posterior elongation of the ciliary processes. This finding was compatible with the reported histological features of this syndrome. The pathological ciliary body appeared to be related with the fragility of zonules of Zinn.
