早期緑内障と色覚障害

Impaired color vision in early-stage glaucoma

　早期緑内障の色覚障害を検査表の照度を変化させることで検出しうるかを検討した。静的視野で中心窩閾値30dB以上，mean deviationの低下が-10dB以下，矯正視力0.7以上の早期緑内障100眼を対象とし，仮性同色表提示装置を用い標準色覚検査表第2部を提示した。装置内の照度は301ux, 1001ux, 1,0001uxと変化させた。静的視野はハンフリー視野計のプログラム30-2を使用した。緑内障眼では正常眼に比べて青黄異常が多く検出された。この傾向は照度が低いほど著明であった。照度1001uxで緑内障眼と正常眼との差が最も大きかった。照度を低下させることで早期から緑内障眼の色覚障害を検出しえた。

We attempted to assess the color vision in 100eyes with early-stage glaucoma. We used StandardPseudoisochromatic Plates part 2 (SPP 2) underlow illuminance of 30, 100 and 1,000 lux. We detect-ed blue-yellow abnormality in a higher frequencythan in normal controls. This tendency was moreremarkable under 100 lux.
