所謂索状を呈する脈絡膜炎（山際，吉江氏）の2例

On two cases of choroiditis with the so-called cord of Yamagiwa-Yoshie

　Fuchs，A^1）2）氏がchoroiditis proliferansとした眼底像は，索状物（分枝状，時に扇状）が，眼底にあつて，白線の時は，竹の節の様な，斑点があり，これらの特異な部分では，網膜が，少し突出して見える。氏は，屡々支那で診ており，滲出性脈絡膜炎による炎性剥離消退後，フイブリンの機能がおこるもので，原田氏病後遺と関係があろうとのべている。

　Chen^3）氏も，2例をのべ，索条は，乳頭周囲，乳頭黄斑間にも見られ，膜様のこともあつたが，原田氏病後遺，bhoroiditis exudative internaとし，Fuchs氏の考えを支持した。

Choroiditis presenting the so-called cord of Yamagiwa and Yoshie is described.

1. Case 1 was a 23 year old male with a history of pleurisy. In one eye there was seen a cord at the equatorial region and atrophy of the choroid. There was a transitory fall in visual acuity and apicture of ring scotoma, but recovery occurred later.

2. Case 2 was a 28 year old male with a history of thoracoplasty for pulmonary tuber-culosis 2 years ago. In the equatorial region there was noticed a localized white cord and atrophy of the choroid. At the fovea centralis and its periphery there was noted piling of exudate with a white cord appearance.
