吾々は,1950年一患者を漿液性虹彩炎として治療中たまたまその眼底に,明に網膜血管下にあつて網目様を呈したり,或は蛇行したりして恰く脈絡膜血管の走行を思わせる,索状を呈する,淡黄灰白色の一種独特な病変のあるのを発見し,その後注意して観察を続けた結果,現在迄に同一疾患と思われる7例10眼を集め得たので,各症例を簡単に報告し,総括考案を試み御批判を乞うものである。

Symptome : always combined with iritis and after diminution of opacity of the vitreous, the visual acuity revovers to normal.
Fundal findings : Yellowish grey colored and winding cords are observed trader retinal ves-sels and these width varies from the one of central artery to twice of the central vein. In the periphery the cords are thick and coarse and near the macula thin and close. In the neighbourhood of these cords small pigmentation was observed. Erorn these findings the disease may be due to a special ureitis invading choroidal vessels selectly.
The ethiology may be tuberculosis from the recidivity and affecting youthn frequently.
