眼精疲労の臨床的観察—第2報 所見と治療効果

　各症例について検査した結果，前述のようにいろいろな所見が得られたが，その内主要と思われた所見に対する治療を行つた。主要とみなした所見が治ゆしても症状の消失しない場合は更に他の所見に向つて治療を行つた。このような方法はこの種の試みとしては止むを得ないと思う。若干の例では故意に治療的処置を施さずに経過を観察した。

　眼精疲労というものの性質上，或る程度以上の観察期間を置かなければ俄かに治療効果を云々出来ないので，少くとも1箇月以上観察した72例について考察する。これらの例の観察期間は1〜3月が15例，4〜6月が15例，7〜12月が23例，1年〜2年が15例，2年以上が4例である。

The method of treatment and its results in 72 cases of which courses were followed over 1 month were reported. The results may be summerized : those with refractive error and those accompanied with slight accommodation disorder or motion anomaly are relieved by ordinary spectacle lenses. The temporary weakness of accommodation and or convergence is well recovered by improving systemic condition. The treatment in those with highly affected binocular vision may be in either in improving or in supressing of binocular visi- on.
