緒言
化学療法剤による菌交代現象ならびにステロイドホルモン剤の登場によつて，近年眼真菌症，特に角膜真菌症の増加が認められている。
角膜真菌症は細菌性角膜潰瘍に比べればいまだ数少ないものではあるが，一旦発症すればこの治療に難渋することがしばしばである。
5 cases of keratomycosis, caused by Cepha-losporium sp., Aspergillus fumigatus, Candida albicans and unidentifiable organism, were repor-ted. A case of Cephalosporium sp., accompanied with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, was treated un-successfully with combined therapy of Ampho-tericin B and Carbenicillin.
4 cases of Aspergillus, Candida and uniden-tifiable were remarkably cured with treatment by instillation of Pimaricin 5% suspension every one hour, except one of mixed infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
