前眼部感染症に対するDE−020点眼液とゲンタシン®点眼液の二重盲検法による効果の比較

A double blind study of DE-020 eye drops in external infections of the eye

緒　言

　DE−020点眼液は，協和醗酵工業の研究所が開発したアミノグリコシド系抗生物質XK−62−2^1）の硫酸塩（KW−1062）を主成分とする点限液である。

　KW−1062の抗菌スペクトルは広く，Genta-micinと同様，グラム陽性球菌およびグラム陰性桿菌（緑膿菌，変形菌，セラチア，肺炎桿菌など）に強い抗菌力をもつている^2）。その化学構造^3）は，Gentamicin C_1aの6'−N−メチル化体である（図1）。アミノグリコシド系抗生物質は，第Ⅷ脳神経系および腎臓に対する影響が強いことが問題になつているが，KW−1062は，これらの毒性が弱いこと^4，5）から有用性が高く，全身薬としても開発が進められている^6）。

To evaluate the clinical efficacy, side effects and usefulness and to determine the adequate concentration of DE-020 eye drops, a double blind study was performed in external ocular infections, using 0. gentamicin eye drops (GM) as the control. Two concentrations were used for DE-020 : namely 0.3 and 0.5%. Each drug was instilled into the eye 4 times a day for 3 days to 2 weeks. The results obtained are summarized as follows :
