ブドウ糖非醗酵グラム陰性桿菌，Ps．cepaciaによる角膜浸潤の1例

A Case of Corneal Infiltration due to Pseudomonas Cepacia, Glucose Nonfermentative Gram-negative Rod

緒　言

　緑膿菌による眼感染についてはすでに総説^1）がなされ，その原因菌としての重要性に大きな関心がよせられている。最近，緑膿菌以外のPseudo-monasをはじめとする。いわゆるブドウ糖非醗酵グラム陰性桿菌による感染症の増加傾向が各科領域で注目されて来ている^2）。

　Pseudomonas cepacia（以下，Ps．cepacia）はこの一つであつて，従来緑膿菌に有効とされているGentamicin（GM），Colistin（CL）に耐性の薬剤感受性パターンを示すことで，臨床上重視される。

A case of corneal infiltration in the right eye of 51 year-old man was reported.

Pseudomonas cepacia, glucose non fermentative gram-negative rod, was isolated from corneal abrasion on the infiltrative lesion. This strain was sensitive to PC-904, Nalidixic acid, Doxycy-cline and Kanamycin.

The case was treated by systemic administra-tion of PC-904 by drip infusion and intramuscu-lar Dibekacin supplemented by systemic betame-thasone. Though the trea treatment was started on the 8 th day of the disease, rapid improve-ment set in and a state of cure was induced. No untoward side effects were incurred by this type of chemotherapy.
