緒言
1962年本邦梅沢博士によつて発見された新しい抗腫瘍性抗生剤Bleomycin （以下，BLM）は，臨床的に市川ら（1966）により扁平上皮癌に対して有効性が認められて以来，皮膚，泌尿器科をはじめとする各科領域で臨床応用されてきている。
眼科領域における従来の報告例は，土方ら（1970）の眼瞼のbased celled carcinomaおよびsquamo-basal celled carcinoma各1例に対する治験例，および咽ら（1971）のRetino—blastoma 2例に対する使用例をみるにすぎない。
Two cases of lid carcinoma were successfully treated by systemically applied Bleomycin.
The first case, a 71-year-old male, developed squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid. Treat-ment consisted of twice-a-week intravenous drip of Bleomycin 15mg, glutathion 200mg and dexa-methasone 2mg. The dosis of Bleomycin totalled 120mg.
The second case, a 62-year-old male, had squa-mous cell carcinoma and was treated by intra-venous application of Bleomycin 15 mg twice a week. The dosis totalled 270mg.
During the course of the treatment, the ulcer gradually decreased in size. Histological findings paralleled the clinical favorable coures.
