緑膿菌性角膜潰瘍に対する新抗生剤Lividomycin効果について—基礎的ならびに臨床的検討

Experimental and Clinical Evaluation of Lividomycin in Pseudomonas Corneal Ulcer

緒言

　化学療法の発展に伴う菌交代症として，グラム陰性桿菌感染症が増加し，眼科領域ではとくに緑膿菌性角膜潰瘍が注目されていることは周知の事実である。

　緑膿菌に対する抗生剤としては，従来のColi—stin （CL），Polymyxin B （PL-B）に加えて，最近Gentamycin （GM），Kasugamycin （KS—M），Carbenicillin （CB-PC），およびSulfoben—zylpenicillin （SB-PC）など，続々と登場してきている。

Bacterial and clinical experiments for ophthal-mic use of Lividomycin (LVM) were studied and the results were summarized as follows.

1) Minimum inhibitory concentration of LVM was 3.13 mcg/ml for Koch-Weeks bacillus, 0.78 ~3.13 mcg/ml for Morax-Axenfeld diplobacil-lus, 50~100 mcg/ml for Pneumococcus, 0.78~ 1.56 mcg/ml for C. diphtheriae. 1.56 mcg/ml for Gonococcus, 50~100 mcg/ml for Streptococ-cus, 0.78~42.5mcg/ml for Staphylococcus and 50~100 mcg/ml for Ps. aeruginosa.
