Ⅰ．緒言
螢光眼底撮影法は1961年，Novotny-Alvis1）によつて発表されて以来，こんにちでは諸種網膜疾患の検索に応用されている。
著者はこのたび，本法を試み網膜出血，とくに網膜静脈閉塞症における出血の病態を観察し，2,3の知見を得たのでここに報告する。
Fluorescein fundus photographies were carried out on thirteen patients with retinal vein throm-bosis and the changes of retinal vessels were investigated.
Results were as follows :
1) At an early stage of the retinal haemorr-hage, the permeability of both vein and venule were elevated, but it decreased with absorption of haemorrhage.
2) In most cases of retinal vein thrombosis, punctiforme pictures assuming microaneurysms were seen adjacent to the haemorrhagic lesions.
3) At a late stage of the retinal haemorrhage, ncovascularization and anastomosis were obse-rved.
