I．まえがき

　螢光眼底撮影法についての前報^1）では，主として，基本的な原理や正常眼での所見を紹介したのであったが，これを実際の眼科臨床に応用した場合，現に血流の通つている網膜血管のみが造影されるというAngiographyに準じた単純な解釈では充分でなく，病的状態における血管壁の透過性の問題，脈絡膜血管床よりの螢光の可視性の問題，更には，網膜色素上皮内の色素の多寡による人種差などを考慮した上での周当な読影態度が必要である。

　本報では，病的眼底における螢光出現にいくつかの基本的な型があることを，著者の自験例から紹介し，また，具体的な症例についての知見を報告し，今後の検討の資料に供したい。

A general account is given concerning the fluorescein fundus angiography as applied to various pathological conditions. Experiences of the author with the method in over 200 cases have shown that there exist certain patterns of fluorescence of the fundus accord-ing to the sites from which fluorescein extra-vasates. Fundamental types are illustrated inthe text. Figg. 1-5 show papilloedema and worn-out thrombosis of central retinal vein cases and are intended as representative cases showing extravasation from the retinal ves-sels.
