I．緒言

　螢光眼底撮影法は網脈絡膜疾患の臨床診断や病態生理解明の手段として広く応用され，多くの研究成果が報告されている^1）〜7）。しかしその読影に関しては多くの未解決の問題が残されている。

　特に現在一般に行なわれている白黒フィルムによる撮影法（以下白黒法と略す）では，偽螢光を有するといわれる白色の組織は励起光を反射し，Barrier filterを通してFluorescein-Na （以下Fl-Naと略す）による真の螢光と同様に白く写るために，真の螢光（以下螢光と略す）との鑑別には，対照とすべきカラー眼底写真なしにはほとんど不可能であつた。また偽螢光を発する組織の内部に漏出する螢光の判別には，特に困難なことが少なくなかつた。

In black-and-white fluorescein fundus angiog-raphy, true fluorescence can not be distinguished from pseudofluorescence originated from white tissues. In the present study, the author refined on the color fluorescein fundus angiography. In order to compare true fluorescence with pseu-dofluorescence, fundus photographs of various retinal diseases were taken by both black-and-white and color fluorescein fundus angiographies.

After comparing both methods, true fluores-cence can be clearly distinguished from pseudo-fluorescence by the difference of coloration in color fluorescein fundus angiography.
